This flexible wellness challenge lets you choose 1 of 5 different energy bundles to match your population, each with 6 activities proven to strengthen mind and body. Participants can tailor the program to their priorities and what works for them. Activity categories include:
- Physical health
- Mental health
- Emotional well-being
- Loose Change (random).
Encourage Employees With Visible Progress
Each day they record activity, participants earn virtual dollars, see progress by moving along the game board, and are rewarded with another insight on how to reinvigorate body and mind. Every activity takes them a space closer to achieving the goal of $1 million virtual.
