As Delta’s most loved corporate wellness challenge, the 2018 Walktober season couldn’t come fast enough for some eager participants. Still, Delta’s Employee Health and Wellbeing team kicked promotion into high gear with both modern and grass roots communication tactics.

Capitalizing on the competitive nature of their populations, wellness coordinators at rivaling Colorado school districts faced off in a district vs. district walking challenge. Partnering with both organizations, HES made the Walktober walking competition possible.

bp Connecting Employees During COVID-19

With the goal of elevating their long-standing Run-A-Muck wellness challenge to the next level, bp collaborated with HES in 2019 to create a unique employee experience. Through a partnership with Cigna, HES designed and built a completely custom version of the program where participants recorded physical activity and other wellbeing behaviors while virtually touring worldwide locations affiliated with bp.
