Well-Being Is a Journey, Not a Destination
What could be more inspiring than a nostalgic road trip-themed employee wellness challenge fueled by the excitement of rolling up to the next beautiful American park or iconic roadside attraction?
Thrill of the Open Road
Participants embark on an inspiring journey to uncover hidden gems and timeless wonders. From Arizona’s breathtaking Grand Canyon to California’s mysterious Gravity Hill, the Pacific Northwest’s towering Redwood forests, eccentric Cadillac Ranch in Texas, and wondrous Niagara Falls of New York, each attraction promises a captivating experience.

Going Somewhere New Is Fun, Motivating
Watching the vintage microbus traverse the country while recording healthy activities lets participants feel their progress — not just in the challenge, but in overall health and well-being. They want to do more to see more:
- Easy-to-visualize goals enhance commitment and effort1
- New experiences contribute to learning2
Tracking Reinforces Good Habits
As with all HES workplace wellness challenges, Coast to Coast is grounded in health behavior change science:
- Cues and monitoring are effective in forming new habits, increasing their strength, and maintaining behavior change.3
- Self-tracking can help spot strengths, find areas for improvement, and increase responsibility as well as awareness in building a healthy lifestyle.4
