HES Launches “Go Gold” Employee Wellness Challenge, Inspired by Upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics

The new Health Enhancement Systems program is a 4- or 6- week physical activity challenge encouraging healthy habits and friendly competition.
Midland MI: Health Enhancement Systems (HES) is pleased to announce the launch of their newest program: Go Gold. This challenge capitalizes on the excitement surrounding the 2024 Olympics in Paris this July. “We’re thrilled to introduce Go Gold to our clients and their employees,” notes HES CEO Dean Witherspoon. “This is a fantastic opportunity for employees to work together, support each other, and build a sense of community while also improving physical and mental health. We’ve seen firsthand how these well-being challenges can boost morale, increase productivity, and strengthen relationships within a company.” The program features an Olympic-themed design — complete with virtual bronze/silver/gold medals, individual and team leaderboards, plus social engagement tools to enhance accountability and boost achievement rates. “We capture the spirit and pageantry of the Olympics… bringing that energy into the workplace,” explains Rachel LaBerge, account management team leader at HES. “We know that friendly competition and a little bit of fun can go a long way in motivating employees to make wellness and health top priorities.” HES has been creating innovative wellness solutions for more than 3 decades, with a proven track record in improving employee engagement, decreasing risk of chronic conditions, and increasing job satisfaction. “We’re committed to helping companies create a culture of well-being,” adds Witherspoon. “By providing employees with the tools and support they need to make positive lifestyle changes, we can help them thrive both personally and professionally — with major advantages to their employers as well.” The program can be seamlessly integrated into employee wellness programs and existing health portals or become a branded stand-alone challenge for health plan members and community groups, building a culture of health and vitality.
