Reach the Summit of Well-Being With Go Gold 2026
Welcome to Go Gold 2026 — a Winter Olympics-inspired wellness challenge where movement meets motivation; every step brings participants closer to the podium.
From alpine slopes in Italy to speedskating rinks in The Netherlands and curling sheets in Canada, this global celebration of winter sports energizes employees to move more, connect with one another, and pursue their personal best.
This exciting wellness challenge is designed to ignite team spirit and elevate your workplace wellness program.
Why Go Gold?
Because the pursuit of greatness inspires everyone.
Go Gold is more than a physical activity challenge — it’s a high-energy, winter-themed experience that brings the thrill of international sports to your organization.
Participants log movement, unlock Olympic-inspired images/highlights, and earn medals as they progress — through an easy-to-use website and mobile app filled with invigorating features.
Whether they prefer winter or year-round activities (like walking, swimming, cycling, or yoga), everyone can participate. Go Gold automatically converts exercise minutes into steps, making it an exceptionally inviting, motivating wellness challenge.

How It Works
Participants can earn medals each day across the 4- or 6-week program by reaching these levels:
