Painting a Picture of Health and Joy This Holiday Season
Imagine playful winter wonderlands transforming into a creative gauge of wellness achievements. What could be more motivating and captivating?
Participants “paint” magical winter scenes from around the world ― revealing each location by recording healthy activities like:

Moving More

Choosing Healthy Foods

Showing Gratitude
Piling Up Health Habits
The more participants do, the more their painting comes to life and the more snow piles up. This reinforces their accomplishments and builds sustainable, healthy habits to end the year with greater energy and stronger feelings of joy and hope. Participants love how the lighthearted wellness challenge encourages a healthier, happier season.
Smiling All the Way
You can’t beat fun. And with its intriguing wraparound theme of winter holiday scene-building stories, this annual favorite inspires participants to feel their best with coworkers — above all because it’s fun.

Scents of spiced wine and roasted sweet almonds fill the air in November, when the Town Square Christmas Market looks quainter than a snow globe.

Snow-friendly competitions abound, including ski races, dog sledding, and throngs of trail riders astride fat tire bikes. Numerous frozen waterfalls make ice climbing another favorite.

Sink into a steaming onsen (hot spring) after a day touring Historic Village or skiing the slopes; then envelop yourself in a cozy yukata (traditional Japanese robe) and dream of glittering ice palaces.

My success came into play by logging every day and seeing my positive results. It’s that “pat on the back” for a job well done when I see the snow pile up. I also enjoyed incorporating the positive “Gift Box” challenges.
