January is one of the busiest times for health promoters. And you may not have had time to think about what you’d like to do differently in the new year. Here are 5 wellness professional New Year’s resolutions to consider:
Top 5 Resolutions
Resolve to improve current skills and learn new skills that will help you get ahead and support your employer’s health culture.
Admit mistakes promptly. Learn from them. And take steps to avoid repeating them.
Resolve to focus on the positive in every situation. Also, eliminate negative statements in spoken or written communications.
Be honest and honorable in all my dealings with others — even if it makes you vulnerable.
Resolve to manage your time better. First, apply yourself first to what must be done. Next, move on to what should be done. Finally, address what could be done.
