I’m glad to see that mental health is becoming more common in wellness conversations. But one very important ingredient is missing from this list, and it is of utmost importance to resilience and mental health. Employers need to foster a positive work culture, one where friendships are actively encouraged, where blame is avoided, and where psychological safety is the norm. Such cultures can really help reduce the risk that the demand for therapists continues to rise faster than the supply.
