The wearables are an effective way to track and keep on track of goals. Example: Saturday I spent cleaning out my barn in the back of the property, long story short……I had met my goal by 1:30 in the afternoon , exceeded my goal by the end of the day having walked 6.1 miles, just by cleaning out the old barn, I was shocked!! Perhaps we shouldn’t attach rewards to getting/being fit. I mean really are you only exercising because you may get a prize? You need to do it for the love of yourself and wanting to be a happy, healthy person as a role model to your family and friends.
